£6000 have been raised towards the acquisition of the church by the Eigg community through the Comunn Eachdraidh Eige campaig and the Solas Eige Crowdfunder Prizedraw campaign.
A new Conservation plan has been produced for the church and Comunn Eachdraidh Eige is now teeming with Highland Archives to consolidate the island 's archive plan.

"A history of Eigg in 27 objects": as Eigg celebrate its 27th Anniversary as a community trust, a selection of objects from our Comunn Eachdraidh Archive is on show at St Columba's church to help you make sense of our island history throughout the ages!
